Decontamination of the tubs
for integration with other machines, providing the same capacity
Production safety can be increased considerably by decontaminating the packed tub prior to the filling and closing process. For this working step the following fully automatic systems are available:
- Spraying the outer packaging with alcohol
- Sterilization of the tubs with H2O2
- Sterilization of the tubs with electron beam radiation (e-beam)
